Audio formats we transfer include: Standard cassettes, microcassettes, reel-to-reel tapes, and vinyl records. We cannot transfer any copyrighted media.

Average turnaround time is 7 business days in-house. Allow longer processing times during the holidays.

No. If you do not own the copyright of the material submitted, it is illegal for us to make copies. Any copyrighted material included in your transfer order will not be processed if it is available for purchase on CD or as a digital download. Please call us for more details if you are unsure of your tapes’ copyright status.

Depending on the type of damage, Yes. There is a $20 repair charge for each damaged tape. If we encounter any damaged tapes after you submit your order, we will contact you before any repairs are made/charged.

Yes. All original media will be returned with your completed order.
