Complete your order online or print our order form to get started. Pack your box with your media and ship it to us. Not comfortable shipping? No problem! You can drop your media off in person at our lab in Atlanta.
Once we receive your order, we will call to let you know it arrived safely and to discuss your order with you. Your memories are all then digitized at our lab here in Atlanta, GA by our skilled technicians.
In an average time of 7 business days, your newly digitized memories are ready to be shipped back out to you, or ready to be picked up at our lab, for you and your family to enjoy.
Average turnaround time is 7 business days in-house. Allow longer processing times during the holidays.
Our home video and photo transfer service is the safest you can choose. We do all work in-house at our lab in Atlanta, GA so your media never leaves our facility.
There are three ways to place an order with us.
First, you may use our easy online ordering system by clicking here. Enter your quantities, and click "Add To Cart." Then complete our online checkout to place your order. You will receive a confirmation email that details your purchase, and includes directions on how to pack and ship your items to us.
Second, you may fill out our printable order form and address label. Fill out the form with your information, and a rough estimate of your materials, sign the form, and include it inside the package you ship to us. We will contact you when we receive your package to confirm your order. Click Here to download the form.
Third, if you are in the Atlanta area, you can bring your material to our shop. We will discuss with you, face to face, the in's and out's of your materials and provide you with an estimate. We can also ship your order once it is complete if you would like to avoid a return trip. Be sure to view our Map and Directions.
Yes. Everything will be returned with your completed order. Movie film will be returned cleaned and spliced onto 400 ft. reels. Video Tapes will be returned bundled in plastic zipper bags with the DVD created from each tape. Slides will be returned in your original carousels, if provided; or in white, acid-free archival boxes if the slides are loose.
