If the quantity of tapes you wish to transfer results in a total cost of less than $30, you'll be charged the minimum amount of $30. This minimum fee helps cover the operational costs involved in handling and digitizing your memories with care and precision.

Each tape will receive a separate DVD, included free with your order. Select our DVD + USB flash drive option and each tape will also include an MP4 digital file returned on a single USB flash drive. For example: if you send 5 tapes, you will get back 5 DVDs (1 for each tape) and 5 mp4 digital files on a single USB flash drive. Digital downloads are available with our DVD + USB option. This will be a link sent to your email that will allow you to download your videos directly to your computer. This link can be shared with others and will be active for 30 days.

By default, each tape you send will receive a separate DVD. If you need extra copies of all of your tapes, select the number of additional copies needed per tape. If you only need copies from a few of your tapes, leave the extra DVDs option unselected and instead include a note with your order, indicating which tapes need additional copies and how many.

Tape Repair

Broken or damaged tapes. $20 fee applies for each tape that needs repair. We will contact you if any damaged tapes are found to confirm any additional costs.

To make the shipping process convenient, we allow you to use any box you already have at home or have picked up from any USPS, UPS, or FedEx office to securely package and send your items. Simply include your order form or online order confirmation within the package.

Return Shipping:

For orders totaling $200 or more, return shipping is free.
For orders under $200, return shipping is a flat rate of $14.
