UPS lost my shipment and I was heartbroken. Nostalgia came to the rescue! They had copies of my lost slides and immediately sent to me. However, in the process, I was scammed by someone I thought represented Microsoft. This was getting to be a nightmare. Once again, Nostalgia came to the rescue and I didn't have to pay $700 to get pictures unlocked. The story ends well. UPS found the package. THEY had delivered to a totally different zip code than mine. Thank you Nostalgia. You are the best!

Order was processed quickly, and I was kept updated via email. The slides presented were 60+ years old and I was concerned about the finished quality, but was very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend this company for digitizing.

After trying to convert the mini tapes into DVDs myself several times without satisfactory result, I searched online and found Nostalgic Media. Their prices are more reasonable than similar services. I packed and shipped the tapes by FedEx and got all the tapes and the converted DVDs and the flash drive (MP4 files) back within a week. The box was well protected with bubble packs. Each tape and its DVD were in one zipped bag. Very easy to sort. That was a surprise! I also got two flash dics (I think it was because of the number of tapes converted). They also communicated with me by phone once they received the tapes. Flexible payment options was another plus, especially when you order a large bunch like I did. Thank you! I will definitely order from Nolstalgic Media again for its other products/services. Definitely the best I have ever used.

I sent in over 30 reels to be digitized and all 3 inch reels were spliced and put onto four large reels and digitized on two dvds. The work was done well and returned quickly. I am very pleased with this company and the service it provides.
